2. SZECHWAN CHILLI CHICKEN
As the name suggests, this one is extremely fiery when it comes to spiciness. Traditionally it is made with Sichuan chilies which are grown in a region of China called Sichuan. However, in India, Szechuan Chicken got a makeover and is prepared with a Szechuan style Chili paste/ sauce transformed to match Indian tastes.

Japchae from Korean cuisine is a sweet and savory appetizer of stir-fried glass noodles and various vegetables. It is created with Dangmyeon, a type of cellophane noodles made from sweet potato starch. Living in India is a boon for people who are vegetarian. You can literally enjoy a different type of dish made out of exactly the same ingredients, which just like change in spices and preparation. Malai Kofta, in which Malai is for cream and Kofta is a fried dumpling of mashed potatoes, paneer (Indian cottage cheese) or other vegetables along with tomato gravy with some cream garnishing, to enhance the taste. 10. MOMOS OR DUMPLINGS
It’s one of the most common snacks from the Asian cuisine. It is made with the white flour filled with various stuffings like chicken, beef, pork, and herbs
Momos are a staple snack in the Himalayan regions like North India, Nepal, Bhutan etc. Originally from Tibetan cuisine, Momos are prepared pretty much like dumplings and often referred as dumplings also in some regions.
